Multiple schedules available, seeking 1 full time, M-F provider as well as a weekend/part-timer doing 2-3 days a week/weekend.

Daily Patient Volume per provider 20-25
Shifts available Tuesday-Friday 8:30-5:30, Thursdays 11-7 and some Saturdays 8-2

Requirements
Board Certified- IM, FP
