The opportunity
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in supply chain or apparel industries, with a proven track record of managing timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products, and optimizing processes. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
The role
Major Responsibilities
  • Manage entire timeline & product development progress for all projects across multiple categories from development through execution
    • In-depth understanding of products being developed (technical attributes, pricing, and color selections, competitive differentiation) and existing product portfolio
    • Track timelines across systems (from forms, excel inputs, PLM/Centric, Workfront entries, and sharepoint files)
    • Track timelines across functions - product, design, omni/digital, creative services, packaging engineering, claims (legal)
  • Lead and attend Roadblock meetings
  • Support timeline optimization & standardization
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization and optimization
    • Develop standard operating procedures for in-region resources
  • Lead the execution of future calendars across all categories into trackable Workfront documents (30+ calendar versions)
  • Own Workfront system administration
  • Support IT pilot for new systems to support process streamlining
    • Participate in opportunity assessments
    • Identify opportunities for technical enhancements
    • Support program implementation
    • Lead system testing

The requirements
Education/ Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant work experience OR Master's 8+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
  • MBA preferred.

Specific Skills or Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, supply chain, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in timeline management
  • Project Management: Overseeing multiple projects from development through execution.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in using forms, Excel, PLM, Workfront, and SharePoint
  • Organizational Skills: Keeping track of timelines and ensuring all data is up-to-date

  • Communication: Effective communication with different teams to ensure alignment
  • Meeting Management: Skills in preparing for and conducting review meetings

  • Analytical Skills: Analyzing current processes and suggesting improvements
  • Leadership: Leading the creation and management of multiple calendar versions
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensuring all calendar details are accurately tracked
