Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • 10+ years of relevant timekeeping experience.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Thorough understanding of timekeeping systems and software, with experience in implementation and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
