Responsibilities

·Lead and manage the UKG/Telestaff Timekeeping System Support Team, which includes configuration/development, help desk, reporting, and business analyst resources.

·Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of UKG/Telestaff applications.

·Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

·Translate relevant application/system configuration to respective users, IT Level 3 staff, and IT.

·Prepare requirements documents and report mockups.

·Design and develop PeopleSoft financial applications that meet the needs of the business.

·Develop complex queries for reporting purposes.

·Create functional design diagrams and present proposed solutions in the form of design reviews.

·Work with other functional analysts and developers to determine the best technical approach.

·Troubleshoot functional or business process issues related to applications and systems.

·Work with the software vendor (UKG) on resolution of issues with delivered functionality.

·Configure or reconfigure in-house tools for administration purposes or to support  business processes.

·Learn new functionality and features of in-house tools as new versions are released and educate the user community.

·Lead the testing and debugging of PeopleSoft financial applications.

·Document UKG/Telestaff Timekeeping applications and procedures.

·Provide technical support to users of UKG/Telestaff Timekeeping applications.

·Develop training materials.

·Provide status reporting of work in progress to management.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

·Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience.

·Strong technical skills and experience in the UKG/Telestaff Timekeeping technology platform.

·Candidates should be able to demonstrate their skills in UKG/Telestaff Timekeeping System configuration/development, testing, and implementation. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

·Functional experience using e-business software products such as UKG/Telestaff Timekeeping that includes product configuration, requirements gathering, and developing training materials.

·Functional experience using e-business software products such as PeopleSoft that includes product configuration, requirements gathering, and developing training materials.

·Experience with databases such as ORACLE, SQL Server, SYBASE, INFORMIX, and DB2.

·3+ years of experience in UKG/Telestaff Timekeeping development.

·3+ years of experience in leading and managing projects.

·Strong understanding of UKG/Telestaff Timekeeping technology.

·Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Bachelor's degree or three (3) years of additional applicable experience.

 

Preferred Requirements

·Master's degree in computer science or a related field.

·Experience in working with third-party systems.

·Experience in cloud-based ERP deployments.

·5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM integration and development.

·5+ years of experience in leading and managing projects.
