Location: Tigard, OR (On-Site)

Pay Rate: $28 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Overview
Ace Handyman Services is seeking a highly motivated and professional Craftsman/Carpenter who is skilled across multiple trades. This is a W2 position that offers the flexibility and independence of managing your own jobs while enjoying the stability of consistent, year-round work.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of residential repair and improvement tasks
  • Complete carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, and light plumbing and electrical work
  • Communicate directly with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
  • Invoice customers and collect payments when required
  • Use smartphone apps to manage job assignments and scheduling
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic at all times
  • Safely transport tools and materials to job sites

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a handyman, electrician, plumber, drywaller, or carpenter
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working directly with customers or homeowners
  • Multi-skilled in carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, and light plumbing and electrical
  • Comfortable invoicing customers and taking payments
  • Proficient using smartphone apps for job management
  • Own a standard set of hand and power tools
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Must live within 25 miles of Tigard, OR
  • Reliable vehicle capable of hauling a ladder
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
