Jack Laurie Group is looking for experienced Commercial Tile Finishers to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our tile projects are completed with the highest level of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Our finishers play an important role in the final appearance and overall success of commercial tile projects. We are seeking dependable individuals who understand commercial construction environments, work well with crews, and take pride in producing high-quality finished work.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform grout, caulk, sealing, and final finish work on commercial tile projects
  • Clean and detail finished tile installations
  • Complete punch-list and touch-up work
  • Assist installers with layout corrections and project completion
  • Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain organized and safe job sites
  • Work alongside superintendents and crews to keep projects on schedule
  • Identify and communicate any issues that could impact quality or timelines
