Charleston, SC Great Pay for Great Talent!

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000!

We're offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for experienced tile and masonry specialists who join our team!

Bonus payout schedule:

  • $500 after 30 days of employment
  • $500 after 90 days
  • $1,000 after 6 months

To qualify, you must:

  • Be actively employed and in good standing at each milestone
  • Maintain solid attendance and performance
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

Note: Bonus is considered taxable income. Bonus may be forfeited if the employee resigns or is terminated for cause before full payout.

What You'll Do:
This is not general masonry. We're seeking a true craftsman with a passion for precision and a strong background in custom tile setting and stonework, particularly for pool environments.
Your focus will be on:

  • Setting tile inside and around swimming poolsfrom waterline tile to decorative accents, using proper prep and waterproofing methods.
  • Installing pool coping (natural stone, precast, or paver-style), ensuring flush, safe, and beautiful finishes.
  • Cutting, fitting, and laying stone veneer and hardscape materials with close attention to detail and longevity.
  • Performing masonry repairs to existing pool tile, coping, and stonework with precision and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with construction and maintenance teams to ensure quality results.
  • Maintaining clean, safe work areas with strong attention to jobsite organization and finish quality.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience specifically in tile setting and coping/stonework, preferably around pools or in outdoor/hardscape environments.
  • Knows how to prep surfaces, mix thinset, grout properly, and work with waterproofing membranes.
  • Can read design plans and layout patterns with confidence.
  • Takes pride in detailed craftsmanship and long-lasting results.
  • Has experience with natural stone, travertine, marble, and porcelain tile.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Is comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
  • Bonus: Comfortable using basic tech like Outlook, Excel, and mobile scheduling apps.
