The Role

Role Title: Remodel Lead Technician (Tile Expert)
Reports To: Remodel Production Manager
Status: Full-Time, Field Role

You own remodel execution in the field. You lead the people, workflow, and daily execution of remodel projects while also serving as the tile authority on site without constant Production Manager involvement. Your job is to make remodel projects predictable, clean, and well-run with tile work that clearly reflects the Next Level standard.

What Success Looks Like

You are successful in this role when:

  • Tile layouts, waterproofing, transitions, and finishes meet a non-negotiable standard
  • Punch items are identified early and jobs close clean
  • Technicians and Helpers improve because you lead, coach, and set the standard

What Youll Do

You will:

  • Lead daily field execution for assigned remodel projects, owning jobsite flow, communication, and momentum
  • Serve as the on-site execution leader and representative of the Remodel Production Manager
  • Own tile execution start-to-finish, including layouts, waterproofing systems, transitions, and finishes
  • Enforce quality and craftsmanship standards across all trades, with authority over tile work
  • Identify and resolve jobsite issues before escalation is required
  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites while protecting client property
  • Develop Technicians and Helpers through hands-on leadership, with focused coaching in tile execution

Compensation Range:
Compensation is based on experience, demonstrated tile expertise, and field leadership capability not titles, tenure, or shortcuts.
