Job description

Office Manager – Repair Shop / Salvage Yard

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager to be the central point of contact for our repair shop and salvage yard operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can confidently interact with customers, parts suppliers, and individuals coming in from the salvage yard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and yard personnel
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Write up and manage repair orders and service paperwork
  • Coordinate communication with parts suppliers
  • Assist with parts and service advertising
  • Help manage and update the company Facebook page
  • Support daily office operations and help keep the business running smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong computer skills (experience with office software and social media preferred)
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Previous office, automotive, or repair shop experience is a plus (but NOT necessary- all skills can be learned)
