Compensation & Perks

  • Total Compensation: $23$28/hr
  • Starting Pay: $19.00$20.00/hr
  • Daily Tips (Cash + Card)
  • Monthly Bonuses: Up to $400/month (after 3 months)

  • $500 Driver Sign-On Bonus!
    (Must be approved as a driver and complete 3 months of driving. If you don't have a DOT card, we will supply you one, but the cost will be deducted from your Sign-On Bonus. Any defensive driving needed or tickets received during this time will be deducted from this bonus.)

  • Raise eligibility 6 months after training

What Youll Be Doing

  • Work with a teammate to complete junk removal jobs
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
  • Drive company trucks (no experience needed we train!)

What Were Looking For

  • Age 23+ with a valid, clean drivers license
  • Reliable availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (non-negotiable)

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and stay active all day
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
