Ocean Tides Spa is seeking a talented and guest-focused Nail Technician to provide exceptional manicure, pedicure, and nail care services in a luxury resort spa environment. This role is responsible for delivering personalized treatments, maintaining professional sanitation standards, and creating a relaxing and memorable experience for every guest while embodying the service culture of Omni Hotels & Resorts.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, nail art, and specialty treatments
  • Consult with guests to recommend services and retail products based on individual needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with state board regulations and resort standards
  • Promote spa services, packages, memberships, and retail offerings to enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect luxury hospitality and exceptional customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products
  • Support overall spa operations and assist team members as needed
  • Accurately document guest preferences and service notes

Qualifications
  • Current South Carolina Nail Technician or Cosmetology license required
  • Previous luxury spa or resort experience preferred
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand motions
