THE JOB

The ancillary sales team is a fun and unique position inside our venue,focused ononsite sales. As a member of this team, you willbe responsible forcommunicating to our guests aboutadditionalamenities that the venue has to offer, such as our Comfort Lounge, Rockstar Parking, Seat Upgrades, Ticket Specials and Lawn Chair Rentals. This team will work closely with the Ancillary Manager and Box office Manager todeterminewhat offers will be available for each show, and how this will be communicated to our guests. It is the perfect position for someone who is detail oriented and enjoys working independently while still being part of a team.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Greetingall guests andassistin answering any questions they may have about the venue.

  • Communicate daily specials on Premier and Rockstar parking, future ticket specials, and seat upgrades.

  • Sell, distribute,collectand organize lawn chairs throughout the venue.

  • Assist Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables and tents as needed.

  • Participate in post-show clean up including picking up and sorting trash,recyclingand compostable materials.

  • Inventory merchandise and help keep track of inventorythroughoutthe show

  • Work and be familiar inallancillary areas

  • Proficient in operating electronic sales systems& processingtransactions efficiently.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Position requires constant walking, standing and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weatherconditions,lifting/carrying 25+ pounds.

  • High school diploma/GED preferred.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must pass pre-employment background check

  • Mustbe highly motivated and able to work independently.

  • Excellent verbal,writtenand interpersonal communication skills.

  • Acutesenseof judgement,tactand diplomacy.

  • Ability toworkweekdays,weekendsand holidays, including late evenings.
