JOB SUMMARY:

Support the Resort Guest Experience (RGE) Digital Product team in the design, delivery, and optimization of guest-facing technology solutions that enhance both in-park and digital experiences. This role offers hands-on exposure to product management, including discovery, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional execution. The intern will gain an understanding of enterprise system integrations across multiple destinations, build data-driven decision-making skills through analysis of guest and operational metrics, and learn to effectively communicate product strategy to technical and executive stakeholders.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to support day-to-day product delivery activities (backlog grooming, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition).
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from operations, technology, and guest experience teams.
  • Analyze product performance data and contribute insights to improve features such as wait times, ticketing, or guest flow experiences.
  • Support coordination across cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, operations) to track progress and resolve blockers.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives).
  • Contribute to creation of executive-facing materials (status updates, product summaries, presentations).
  • Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and product capabilities to improve team knowledge and operational consistency.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:ย 
  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.ย 
  • A transcript is required upon application.
  • Interest in digital product management, user experience, or technology-driven guest experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to review data and support decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
  • Preferred majors include: Computer Science, Information Systems / Information Technology, Business Administration (with focus on Technology, Analytics, or Product Management), Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering, Data Analytics / Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or User Experience (UX), Digital Media, Interactive Technology, or related fields.
  • Preferred coursework or experience completed:
    • Product Management / Product Development
    • Business Analysis
    • Data Analytics / Statistics
    • Information Systems or Software Development
    • User Experience (UX) or Human-Centered Design
