Job Title

Pay Range: $27hr - $28hr

Requirement/Must Have:
  • High school diploma.
  • National and state criminal background checks are required.
  • Quantitative titers of vaccine-preventable diseases measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B.
  • Tuberculosis screening required.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the executive staff of the facility in making appointments.
  • Routing messages from outside collateral providers and within various staff from the facility.
  • Records minutes during important meetings for the facility.
  • Making sure that the coverage of the departments is in place on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist the director of quality management with administrative duties relating to pre and post joint commission survey visit.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Support the clinical staff to facilitate communication among the clinicians with various clinical evaluations, especially during the time of admissions and discharges.
Education and Experience:
  • OMH and facility trainings annually.
  • OMH GOER training.
  • TRUST training.
  • Annual training updates.
