About the Position

Join the team behind the team! The Golden State Warriors are seeking driven, high-energy sales professionals to showcase the value of ticket packages at Chase Center to corporate and individual prospects across the Bay Area. In this fast-paced, competitive environment, you will serve as a crucial driver of our revenue team while launching your career in sports business. This role blends high-volume outbound prospecting with dynamic, live fan engagement to turn prospects into lifelong Warriors stakeholders. This position reports to the Manager, Ticket Sales.

This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise while learning more about this growing sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative and dedication!

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue benchmarks by driving high-volume sales across season tickets and partial ticket plans
  • Generate new business and drive outbound sales by executing targeted phone campaigns to single-game buyer lead lists
  • Meet or exceed weekly call and activity numbers
  • Manage the sales pipeline by maintaining clean, highly organized data tracking and records for all accounts
  • Deliver world-class service to both existing and potential clients to maximize satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Attend the majority of Warriors home games at Chase Center to engage fans live, market ticket inventory, host client experiences, and network with in-arena prospects
  • Actively pursue new revenue streams and source new business by proactively identifying creative strategies to acquire high-quality leads
  • Support the team by executing additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer support experience required
  • Prior sales and/or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong detail orientation, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
  • Ability to effectively conduct business via outbound calls
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Passion for sports and entertainment
Compensation
  • $19.61 per hour + Bonus + Commission (Approx. OTE: $103,000)
