The Role The Coordinator, Ticket Operations and Fulfillment supports customers by executing accurate, scalable ticket setup and fulfillment. The role owns the end‑to‑end configuration, maintenance, and quality assurance of ticket inventory, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and seamless delivery across digital and physical inventory. Through proactive management of complex, high‑volume ticket requests, precise inventory maintenance, and consistent adherence to SLA commitments, this role helps reduce customer effort and ensures reliable, efficient ticket delivery.
