The Expeditor (Expo) ensures that all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and according to menu and customer specifications. The Expo coordinates the pace and flow between the kitchen and the Servers.

Skills to coordinate and manage the pace and flow between the Servers and the kitchen
Attention to detail to monitor ticket times and communicate with cook line to assure prompt delivery of orders

The ability to immediately notify management of any item that needs to be recooked and run to a table
