Job description

The Partnerships Analytics & Reporting Intern will support the Revenue Strategy & Operations team with data organization, reporting, insights, and recurring partner-facing or internal reporting needs. This role is intended for a candidate with interest in analytics, business intelligence, data organization, and storytelling through reporting. The candidate should also have a strong interest in exploring different verticals across the organization and be excited to gain exposure to the business side of sports, media, partnerships, events, and revenue operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing partnership, ticketing, merchandise, and media reporting needs.
  • Help organize, clean, and structure data for internal and external reporting.
  • Assist with weekly and ad hoc reports across partner activity, inventory, revenue, and event performance.
  • Support ticket reporting and merchandise reporting needs across key events.
  • Help translate raw data into clear summaries, tables, and topline insights.
  • Assist with deck and slide formatting where reporting outputs need to be presented internally or externally.
  • Conduct weekly market research to support partnership strategy, prospecting, and category insights.
  • Support internal tracking documents and reporting workflows to improve visibility across the team.
  • Assist with general team tasks, and project support as needed.

Potential Projects

  • Build or improve recurring merchandise reporting templates.
  • Assist with market research reports across priority categories, brands, or industries.
  • Support ticket reporting for key events, including the US Open.
  • Assist with Digideck implementation, including content organization, asset uploads, and sales material updates.
  • Support Sponsor CX implementation by helping organize partner-facing materials, workflows, and internal tracking.
  • Help organize reporting inputs for partner recaps and commercial dashboards.
  • Help create streamlined reporting processes for recurring team use.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Interested in analytics, reporting, business operations, sports business, media, or partnerships.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data sets, and presentation materials.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Able to identify patterns, summarize information clearly, and communicate insights simply.
  • Comfortable balancing recurring tasks with ad-hoc project-based work.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools. Bonus if the candidate has previous experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce or SponsorCX. 
  • Self-starter able to work independently while being a team player. Willingness to ask questions. 

Program Type: Paid Summer Internship (Summer 2026) 

Duration: 6-12 weeks, depending on timing of hire, business needs, and candidate availability. Start and end dates will remain flexible to account for college term schedules.

Eligibility: Candidates must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States. Final eligibility requirements to be confirmed by HR.

Academic Credit: This is a paid internship and is not dependent on school credit. Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr
