Overview
The Snapdragon Stadium Box Office is looking to add to our ticket office event day staff. We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals to work the ticket sales windows at the Box Office on event days. As a Box Office Ticket Seller, you will assist all patrons on event day with purchasing tickets at walk-up and troubleshooting potential ticket issues they may have.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching
This position will remain open until September 18, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Use a computerized ticketing system for walk-up ticket sales on event day.
  • Accurately process payments for tickets while following all proper box office selling and payment procedures.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and tactfully resolve ticketing issues with the general public.
  • Assist the general public with accessing, transferring, and accepting tickets via mobile ticketing prior to entering Snapdragon Stadium.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling cash preferred
  • Engaging, enthusiastic, and able to keep that same composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Must have punctual and reliable attendance
