Job description

Our Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, in-town parts pickup and general shop duties. Other tasks include putting items into inventory and keeping track of parts received vs. not received on a per project basis. Good organizational skills and a high attention to detail are a must
This position will be on site at a customer location; Capital Sand Proppants located at 418 County Road 347 Jackson, MO 63755. .
Responsibilities
As a key member of our production staff, you will:

  • Identify incoming shipments, compare products received to the packing slip, noting any differences and forward packing slip to Order Processing in a timely manner
  • Use our computer system to track incoming parts, fill orders and maintain accurate inventory counts
  • Keep project pick lists up to date with parts that have been received
  • Pull products based on delivery ticket and double check the order for accuracy
  • Pack and ship orders to customers
  • Assist with processing UPS and motor freight shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
  • Assist with local parts pickup and deliveries by driving a company vehicle, as needed
  • Assist Production and Operations managers with any other duties, as needed

โ€ข Dependability and reliability a must
โ€ข Strong organizational skills
โ€ข Good verbal communication skills
โ€ข Must be clean cut and well groomed
Driver Eligibility Requirements:
โ€ข Must be 18 years of age or older
โ€ข No more than 2 moving violations in the past 18 months
โ€ข No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months
โ€ข No more than 1 at fault accident with bodily injury in the past 3 years
