Position: SmartComm Thunderhead developer
Location: Lansing, MI (Onsite)
 
Must have skills: Customer Communications Management (CCM) using SmartComm (Thunderhead).
 
    Technical Knowledge: Strong skills in JavaScript, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP APIs.
    Platform Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of SmartComm modules like Data Modeler, Draft Editor, and Review Now.
    Domain: Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) is highly preferred.
    Lead Teams: Guide offshore developers, check code quality, and assign tasks.
    Design Templates: Create reusable digital forms and letters using tools like the Advanced Template Designer.
    Data Mapping: Connect form fields to data using formats like XML, JSON, and XPath.
    System Integration: Link SmartComm with larger systems like Guidewire or Salesforce via APIs.
    Review & Testing: Test templates to make sure customer letters, policies, and bills are accurate and compliant
