Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs through detailed evaluations and patient consultations.
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans focusing on outpatient orthopedic care using effective therapeutic methods.
  • Administer diverse treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized equipment to improve patient outcomes.
  • Facilitate and monitor patient progress by establishing measurable and trackable goals throughout the rehabilitation journey.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and clinical outcomes in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary client group consists of individuals who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various physical ailments affecting mobility and functionality. You'll work with diverse patient demographics, ranging from young athletes experiencing sports-related injuries to older adults rehabilitating from joint replacements. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) are preferred and would enhance your application.
  • An active Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing is required to practice within the state.
