Job description

Thrive Rehab of Pearland redefines transitional care as the first facility of it’s kind. We combine a progressive model of healthcare with an atmosphere of hospitality and the amenities of a fine luxury resort, designed for guests who require short-term medical therapy or treatment after a hospital stay. As a company local to Houston, we are seeking a candidate will a helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.

We are currently looking for CNA's with excellent customer service - energetic, friendly and caring - to provide our guests with compassionate and personal treatment.

12-hour shift opportunity! Hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily nursing care and services that support the care delivered to patients in the facility.
  • Deliver care services to patients including:
  • Assistance with bathing
  • Changing linens
  • Properly positioning patients
  • Offering hydration
  • Checking in on patients in the morning and night
  • Taking/ recording vital signs
  • May perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a licensed CNA in good standing with the state (as required)
  • Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
  • Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
  • Ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients
