This position is onsite at our outpatient orthopedic clinic located in the vibrant area of Gainesville, VA. You will enjoy a collaborative work setting, where you will work closely with other physical therapy practitioners, occupational therapists, and administrative staff to create a cohesive team dedicated to excellent patient care. The clinic operates within a supportive atmosphere that emphasizes open communication and teamwork.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients to assess their physical condition, needs, and therapy goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and consultations with patients.
• Provide hands-on therapy through various techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Track progress and adjust treatment regimens, utilizing data-driven methods to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Educate and empower patients on therapeutic exercises that promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously to adhere to best practices and regulatory standards in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, including referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a physical therapist at Thrive Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse age groups, from young athletes to elderly patients needing rehabilitation from surgical procedures or age-related ailments. This variety allows you to apply a wide range of therapeutic techniques and continuously develop your expertise in the field.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing is mandatory.
• At least two years of clinical experience, ideally in outpatient orthopedic settings with hands-on patient care.

• Experience with diverse patient populations, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with modern therapeutic equipment and modalities, as well as manual therapy techniques.
• Previous experience contributing to interdisciplinary team efforts in a clinical environment.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
