Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately understand client mental health needs and identify potential treatment approaches.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and therapeutic needs, adjusting strategies as necessary based on progress.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilize teletherapy tools efficiently to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, responding promptly and effectively to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training, ensuring your skills and knowledge are aligned with the latest industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Thrive Counseling, you will work primarily with adult clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Our diverse client population represents different backgrounds, allowing you to employ your unique skills and insights to foster healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that enhance therapeutic relationships.
• Genuine compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle client caseloads.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing teletherapy services and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Background in working with diverse clientele, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
