We're looking for a full-time CDL - Academy Driver in Winter Haven, FL who's up for a challenge and ready to thrive!

Schedule: As an Academy Driver, you will work from 5 AM to 8 AM and then again from 2 PM to 5 PM. This schedule will allow you to safely transport students to school and their activities.

Pay: In this full-time driving role, you will earn between $18 and $20 per hour.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

As a CDL - Academy Driver, you will start by checking the bus to make sure it is safe to drive. You will follow a set route to pick up and drop off students at their homes and schools. While driving, you will obey traffic laws and school rules to keep the kids safe. It will be your job to help students get on and off the bus, showing them how to be safe and orderly. You will communicate with students, parents, and school staff as needed, making sure any issues are reported to the right person. After your morning route, you will prepare for the afternoon, ensuring that every student arrives home safely.

What You Need:

  • Commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • Passenger endorsement

School bus endorsement is a plus!
