Job description

Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently seeking an Assistant, Domestic TV & Digital Distribution that is interested in the business side of the industry to support two SVPs of Domestic TV & Digital Distribution in the Worldwide TV Sales department. The ideal candidate would have experience in business administration, marketing or sales.
Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars for two SVPs, including scheduling client calls and meetings. Closely monitor the calendar to resolve scheduling conflicts. Gather and organize meeting materials and agendas in advance.
  • Handle general administrative duties including answering emails, booking travel arrangements, submitting expense reports, etc.
  • Distribute screeners of submissions to clients.
  • Attend internal meetings, maintain notes and compile action items for the team.
  • Communicate internally to key stakeholders updates on accounts, team, and deal status.
  • Provide general support to the Domestic distribution team as needed with excel/data-based projects.
  • Ad-hoc projects with a focus in revenue share business.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or similar focus
  • Long term interest in the distribution side of television
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • MS Office Suite proficiency, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
