Job description

Job Title

Performs evaluations, plans and implements therapy treatment programs to provide optimal patient rehabilitation and ensure quality of care.

NOTE: This position is located at Thomas Hospital Outpatient in Fairhope.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited therapy program
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • State of Alabama license required
  • American Heart Association BLS
Desired Qualifications:
  • M.S. degree from an accredited therapy program
  • Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions
  • State of Alabama license with clinical specialty

For this specific opening, neuro experience is preferred.
