Overview

SVP, Contract Compliance & Third Party-Audit at Lionsgate. Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Senior Vice President to lead the Company’s Contract Compliance & Third Party Audit department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of compliance examinations of Lionsgate’s contracts with outside parties as well as third party participation audits of Lionsgate’s distribution of films and television series brought by Producers, Directors, and Talent.

Base pay range

$270,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types

Annual Bonus, RSUs, and Stock options

Responsibilities
  • Oversee contract compliance for Lionsgate’s distribution of films and television series focusing on adherence to terms, quality standards, timelines, and budgets
  • Set the strategic direction for audits and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations
  • Lead and manage the Third-Party Audit team, ensuring process quality is maintained
  • Identify and reduce compliance risks by reviewing and interpreting contract provisions
  • Develop strategies to address contract disputes and non-compliance while providing actionable insights through analytics and reporting on compliance trends
  • Serve as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders while cultivating an environment of collaboration and innovation
  • Partner with the IT department to oversee and manage applicable technology to maintain compliance with contracts
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of applicable experience
  • Degree in related field such as Business Administration/Management, Law, or Finance
  • Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal contracts; strong quantitative, analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both verbally and in writing; ability to interface comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels within the company
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and take an entrepreneurial approach in resolving issues
  • Flexibility and patience; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
