The Executive Vice President, Leader | Healthcare Banking is responsible for building, launching, and leading Third Coast Bank’s Healthcare Banking vertical within Corporate Banking. This is a platform-building opportunity with responsibility for establishing the Bank’s healthcare strategy, developing its market presence, originating its initial client relationships, building a high-performing team, and creating a scalable and profitable healthcare banking business.The EVP, Leader will serve as the face of Third Coast Bank’s Healthcare Banking business, both internally and externally. This individual will be the Bank’s senior healthcare banking representative in the marketplace and will be responsible for developing Third Coast Bank’s identity, reputation, and relationships within the healthcare industry.This is not an inherited business or portfolio management role. The successful individual will have the opportunity and responsibility to build the Healthcare Banking platform from its foundation—establishing target markets and client segments, generating new relationships, recruiting and developing talent, creating industry connectivity, and partnering across the Bank to develop the capabilities necessary to support a growing healthcare franchise.The EVP, Leader will initially lead a focused Healthcare Banking team and will be expected to expand the team and platform commensurate with business growth.   • Serve as the Bank’s senior healthcare banking leader and principal representative to the healthcare industry, establishing a clear and credible presence for Third Coast Bank in the marketplace.
  • Develop the initial client base and pipeline necessary to establish the Healthcare Banking platform and create sustainable long-term growth.
  • Establish the financial, operating, and strategic framework for the Healthcare Banking business, with P&L accountability as the platform develops.
  • Identify the talent, infrastructure, product capabilities, and internal resources required to support the vertical at each stage of growth.
  • Partner closely with the Market Executive | Corporate Banking and Head of Corporate Banking to establish short- and long-term priorities for the healthcare business.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy designed to transition Healthcare Banking from an emerging vertical into a significant and differentiated Third Coast Bank franchise.

Business Development & Market Leadership
