Rosen Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process by answering questions about our products and services, building strong relationships, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported at our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and offer assistance or direction to anyone entering the dealership.

Help customers make purchase decisions by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs and preferences.

Build relationships with customers and work closely with dealership staff to enhance the overall sales experience.

Explain vehicle performance, features, applications, and benefits to prospective buyers.

Maintain strong product knowledge across the dealership’s inventory.

Report to the Sales Manager regarding sales objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire purchasing process.

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

Friendly, competitive personality with the ability to handle objections and negotiate pricing.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Basic computer and math skills.

Interest in mentoring or training additional sales associates once established in the role.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
