Seasonal Lot Attendant / Porter

Job Summary

The Rosen Automotive Group is seeking a Seasonal Lot Attendant/Porter to support our expanding dealership’s service team.

The Seasonal Lot Attendant/Porter helps ensure excellent guest experiences. They are responsible for moving and parking customer vehicles around the dealership. They are also responsible for picking up and delivering guests’ vehicles to and from their homes or place of work to our dealership. Duties include but are not limited to moving vehicles to service stalls, cleaning cars, and ensuring a tidy service department and parking lot.

Responsibilities

· Keep parking lot, service drive, and vehicle storage areas neat and orderly.

· Drive vehicles to and from the service lanes, stalls, and parking areas as needed.

· Pickup and deliver customer vehicles in a safe, professional manner.

· Assist with cleaning and upkeep of dealership area.

· Provide excellent customer service and support to teammates.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.

· Friendly and professional demeanor with a willingness to assist guests and teammates.

· Professional appearance.

· Dependable and punctual, with consistent transportation to and from work.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
