The Rosen Automotive Group has proudly served the residents of Illinois and Wisconsin for 35 years. We are currently seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our growing team! The goal of our store is to meet the needs and requirements of our customers. To accomplish that goal, we rely on everyone to work together. Responsibilities:

  • Receive liens and car titles from various lienholders.
  • Prepare title and transfer/new plate requests for vehicles purchased by customers within State of WI and State of IL time frame.
  • Balance titling schedule on a weekly basis.
  • Process all title corrections for WI and IL.
  • Order/verify hard and temporary license plates.
  • Balance various schedules throughout month.
  • Assure compliance of policies with regards to files and office procedures.
  • Attention to detail on every transaction which includes researching errors.
  • Help with any other office tasks requested by manager and/or office staff.

Requirements:

  • Automotive experience preferred but will train right candidate.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates.
  • Tekion experience, a plus.
  • Dealertrack titling software, a plus.
