Job description

Love cars, racing, and taking care of customers? DeWitts Radiator, a performance-cooling brand of AFCO Performance Group, is hiring a full-time Sales & Customer Experience Specialist at our Wixom, MI facility. You'll be the front line of the DeWitts customer experience: inside sales, order entry, product returns, technical support, and our digital storefront.
What You'll Do
  • Inside sales & customer service: field inbound calls first in the queue; quote, enter, and support orders across phone, email, and web for retail customers and dealers.
  • Returns management: own the product returns (RMA) board from intake through resolution, including shipping deviances and UPS/FedEx claims.
  • Technical support: maintain the tech Q&A board and advise customers on product selection, installation, and use.
  • E-commerce & digital presence: maintain web content, product data, and pricing accuracy; expand product listings with Marketing; manage the company Google account, reviews, and reputation.
  • Operations support: deliver daily inventory/backorder feeds to global distributors and dealer portals; triage and route all general customer inquiries.
  • Team contribution: moderate a weekly sales meeting with reporting on call queue, returns, sales activity, and goals; represent DeWitts at trade shows, races, and industry events as scheduled.

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, e-commerce, or customer service (automotive aftermarket / motorsports experience a big plus).
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with little supervision.
  • Strong emotional intelligence; active listening and de-escalation with customers.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the aptitude to learn CRM/ERP systems, work-management boards (e.g., Monday.com), e-commerce platforms, distributor portals, and Google Business tools.
  • Familiarity with general automotive knowledge and cooling principles is another plus; we'll train the right person.
  • A determination and focus that aids the team and our customers in accomplishing their goals.
  • Teamwork mentality and a cooperative attitude.

What We Offer
  • Competitive pay based on skills and experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (PPO and HSA-eligible options), HSA, EAP, group life and voluntary life, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid vacation and holidays, plus employee discounts on APG brand products.
  • Professional office and climate-controlled manufacturing environment with a positive team culture.
  • Comprehensive training with a clear 30/60/90-day onboarding roadmap and a growth path toward senior sales roles.
