The group has grown into a family of dealerships, including Audi Wilmington, Winner Chevrolet, Winner Ford, Winner Hyundai, Winner Subaru, and Winner Volkswagen. Winner Automotive Group emphasizes an atmosphere of understanding, intentional service, and satisfaction at every point of contact. The company also operates two Winner Collision Centers in Dover and Wilmington, DE, providing comprehensive collision repair and auto body services.


Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Administrator role based in Wilmington, DE. The Payroll Administrator will process payroll for all team members (approx. 300), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Payroll Administrator will collaborate closely with HR and management to support a smooth and confidential payroll experience for all employees.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Paycom Payroll software and Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Experience managing Payroll Processing, Garnishments and Payroll Taxes in line with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Knowledgeable in commission based compensation plans and incentive/bonus processing
  • Leave Management and Processing (PMFL, STD, LTD, etc. )
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet regular deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with HR, finance, and management in a fast paced environment.
  • Prior payroll experience with multiple EIN's
  • Associate or bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
