The Olive and Finch Support member must be eager to work all roles-seamlessly transitioning from greeting and seating guests to running food, bussing tables, and keeping the space pristine. Crucially, this person acts as a brand ambassador, clearly explaining the unique operational flow between Olive and Finch's sit-down bar service and the adjacent Olive & Finch Counter + Market to passing travelers.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Engagement & Brand AmbassadorOperational Guide: Act as the primary face of the space, welcoming travelers and clearly communicating how they can order across our concepts (explaining the service flow between Olive and Finch and the Olive & Finch Counter + Market).Warm Hospitality: Greet and seat guests warmly, managing the flow of the dining and lounge areas with an accommodating attitude.Exceptional Communication: Maintain a friendly, upbeat demeanor, answering guest questions with clarity, speed, and accuracy.Dynamic Service Pivot (Cross-Functional Floor Roles)Food & Beverage Delivery: Run dishes and drinks promptly and accurately from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables.Table Maintenance: Clear, clean, and reset tables swiftly to maximize seating capacity for hurried travelers.Stocking & Support: Keep the dining room, host stand, and server stations fully stocked with menus, rolled silverware, water stations, and service essentials.Cleanliness & UpkeepDining Room Environment: Maintain a sparkling clean and orderly dining room area, sweeping floors and wiping surfaces as needed throughout the shift.Sanitation Procedures: Strictly follow all local health department rules and airport-specific safety, health, and food sanitation procedures.QualificationsAirport Badging: Must be able to successfully pass the required federal background screening and fingerprinting process mandated by Denver International Airport to secure an airport badge.Previous restaurant, bar, hosting, or fast-casual hospitality experience is preferred but not required.Adaptable Skill Set: A genuine desire to learn and work all front-of-house roles with the flexibility to pivot tasks dynamically on a dime.Fast-Paced Excellence: Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and remain genuinely warm and professional under heavy passenger volumes.Availability: Schedule flexibility to work weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays as needed to align with airport flight schedules.Physical RequirementsThis is a hands-on, highly active position requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and moving quickly across the dining floor.Must be able to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs to support table busing and dining room stocking.Compensation & BenefitsHourly pay + tip share.Meal discounts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company.PTO, Sick Pay (Up to 6 days) & Holiday PayMedical, Dental, Vision and IRA (eligible for full-time equivalent employees)EEO & At-Will Statement Olive & Finch Collective is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
