Lounge Attendant (Morning Shift)- Renaissance Allentown Hotel – Allentown, PA


The Renaissance Allentown Hotel is seeking a reliable and friendly Lounge Attendant to manage morning service in our Executive Club Lounge.


Schedule:

Monday – Friday

5:30 AM – 11:30 AM

  • $15.00/hr.
  • Criminal Background Check Required

Job Description:

This position is responsible for setting up the breakfast service area, keeping food and beverages stocked, interacting with guests, and ensuring the lounge remains clean and welcoming throughout the morning.


This is a great role for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with guests, and finishing their workday early.

Responsibilities:

Set up breakfast items in the Executive Club Lounge each morning

Monitor and replenish food, beverages, and snacks during service

Maintain coffee, juice, and beverage stations.

Keep coolers, refrigerators, and snack displays fully stocked

Greet and interact with guests and assist with their needs while in the lounge.

Clear tables, remove dishes, and maintain cleanliness throughout the lounge.

Clean and reset buffet and seating areas during and after service

Complete opening and closing duties including restocking and cleaning.

Qualifications:

Friendly and professional guest service skills.

Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation.

Hospitality or food service experience preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Must be reliable and dependable to arrive for early morning shifts.
