Responsibilities
*Work with the Logan administrators and athletic director to develop the growth of the football program.
*Serve as the lead in overall planning and execution of the Tennis program including staffing, fundraising, scheduling, academic leadership and recruiting.
*Manage and lead the coaching staff and hold them accountable to comply with NHUSD policy.
*Adhere to all MVAL, NCS, and CIF rules and bylaws
*Planning and organizing team practice sessions for all levels.
*Ability to coach team members both individually and in groups
*Develop and maintain the discipline and conduct of student-athletes to
support the culture of the school and athletic program.
*Build a positive relationship with all of the members of the Logan
community including the student-athletes, administration, staff, parents, and alumni.
*Be a mentor and foster the development of the student-athletes.
