*ALL APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE AND PERFORM THIS JOB WITHIN THE LOGAN, UT OFFICE*

We are looking for talented call center survey agents to perform outbound surveys on site from our office at 640 S. 80 E Riverwood Pkwy, Suite 120 Logan, UT 84321 with respondents and accurately record their answers. These surveys range in topics from politics to customer satisfaction and beyond. The opinions you collect, and record are sent to our clients to help them make more informed business decisions.

Come Join Our Team

  • Base wage of $14/hr

  • Flexible schedules within company operating hours

  • Ability to work in our office at 640 S. 80 E Riverwood Pkwy, Suite 120 Logan, UT 84321

  • We will train the right candidate

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Shift Details:

  • Shift times may vary between the hours of 3 pm to 10 pm MST.

  • Minimum 4 consecutive hours per shift

  • You may work up to 28 hours per week

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be able to work on site

  • Ability to read and speak clearly

  • Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner

  • Ability to listen and comprehend respondent answers and accurately and efficiently type answers into the Company's survey software platform

  • Typing speed of 30 wpm while maintaining accuracy is preferred

  • Ability to sit and type for majority of shift
