As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Serene Healthcare System, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who face various mental health challenges. You will play an integral role in treating individuals with mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and anxiety issues. • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods and practices related to mental health treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience with specialized populations, such as veterans or individuals with substance use disorders, is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Background in crisis intervention and management.
