Summary

Owns day-to-day content creation for Serene Health Group, producing on-brand assets across platforms for all sites, supporting marketing needs. • Maintain a consistent content calendar covering brand campaigns, events, and site-specific needs

Social media support (transitioning in-house)
  • Supply on-brand content and assets to the outsourced social media vendor and coordinate on campaign timing and messaging
  • Review vendor-published content for brand and tone alignment, flagging any inconsistencies to the Marketing Manager
  • Build familiarity with platform scheduling, analytics, and community management in preparation for bringing social media management in-house
  • Once transitioned, take over day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement monitoring/reporting, with all content routed through the Marketing Manager for approval
Brand & campaign support
  • Ensure all content aligns with Serene Health brand standards (visual identity, tone, messaging)
  • Support go-to-market content for campaigns, service line launches, and seasonal initiatives
  • Coordinate with site locations to gather content needs and distribute branded materials/templates
Collaboration & team support
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager and San Diego Events Coordinator to cross-promote events and community activations through content
  • Be available to support community events and activations in person, beyond content — helping wherever the marketing team needs extra hands
  • Support community partner outreach as needed for brand awareness campaigns
  • Perform other duties as assigned
