Join Our Team as a Valet Attendant at the Embassy Suites Asheville Downtown!

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a friendly and reliable Valet Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their vehicles, luggage, and offering local information to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with parking and retrieving their vehicles.
  • Safely park guests' vehicles in designated areas, ensuring security and proper positioning.
  • Retrieve guests' vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring minimal wait times.
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including ticketing and documenting any damages or special instructions.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area.
  • Assist with luggage loading/unloading as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols, traffic laws, and hotel procedures when handling vehicles.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a valet or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, run, and lift for extended periods.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
