Job description

Our client, a leading creative production agency based in New York City, is seeking a Creative Director with a strong background in luxury, fashion, beauty, or cosmetics, and experience working within brand and creative agency environments. This senior leadership role is ideal for a highly accomplished creative who excels at guiding teams, partnering with clients, and delivering innovative, high-impact work for premium brands.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the overall creative vision and strategic direction across all client and internal initiatives.
  • Serve as senior creative counsel to clients, leading presentations, strategic planning, and high-profile pitches.
  • Drive new business growth through creative leadership, thought partnership, and industry presence.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of strategic thinking, craft, and execution.
  • Partner with executive leadership on agency strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive creative leadership experience within a brand or creative agency environment, ideally working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or cosmetic brands.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams and freelance networks.
  • Award-winning portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across premium brands and multiple platforms.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience with client retention, new business development, and resource management.
