Immigration Specialist (Contract – Up to 6 Months)
Location: Houston, TX

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to join a multinational organization on a short-term contract of up to six months. This role will support corporate immigration programs, ensuring the efficient processing and compliance of U.S. employment-based immigration matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing corporate, in-house U.S. immigration programs.
  • Hands-on experience with L-1A/L-1B, H-1B, TN visas, employment-based Green Cards, and intercompany transfers.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. immigration compliance and processes within a multinational corporate environment.
  • Ability to partner with HR, legal teams, employees, and external immigration counsel to deliver a high-quality immigration service.
