We Are Growing!

Due to growth in our retail operations, the Colonial Automotive Group has immediate openings for a dealership Service Technician in our Fitchburg MA location. The Colonial Automotive Group has 16 locations throughout the Metropolitan Boston, South Shore and Central Mass area. We offer tremendous personal growth opportunities, excellent compensation (Several techs make in excess of $100,000/Yr!) and benefit packages as well as a supportive and entrepreneurial environment. Our technicians are a major part of our ability to support our loyal customer base. Due to increased demand, we have several opportunities available for both beginning as well as seasoned technicians in a very busy and supportive shop. We promote a customer focused sales and service experience and our service department is award-winning and record setting, both in volume and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have Automotive Technician background.
  • Have familiarity with Chevrolet. 
  • Have ability in all aspects of vehicle repair, including warranty, customer pay and internal Repair Orders as well as efficiency, technician-to-technician interaction, business growth, customer relations etc.
  • Work well with advisor staff and management.
  • Work closely with all dealership personnel to ensure that inventory health, customer experience and dealership CSI remains high.
  • Possess the ability to work with staff to ensure that all necessary repairs are noted and appropriately communicated to advisor staff.
  • Have excellent diagnostic skills in both on and off-brand vehicles.
