Job description

At Country Donuts, we're more than just a coffee and donut shop. We're a fast paced, family friendly shop dedicated to serving fresh food, premium coffee, handcrafted espresso drinks, smoothies/bowls, with exceptional customer service. We're looking for energetic, dependable, and friendly individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with order taking
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages
  • Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of the coffee/donut shop, including workstations and common areas
  • Replenish stock and supplies as needed
  • Be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience in a coffee shop, cafe, bakery, or quick service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
  • Experience managing inventory, and placing orders, cash handling, POS systems, opening and closing procedures
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
