Blend & Brew is a fast-growing coffee shop in Albany, Georgia, dedicated to serving high-quality coffee, handcrafted beverages, smoothies, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and help create an outstanding experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members.
  • Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health department standards.
  • Monitor inventory and place product orders.
  • Minimize waste and control operating costs.
  • Ensure beverages and food items meet Blend & Brew quality standards.
  • Open and close the store as needed.
  • Track daily sales and assist in achieving store goals.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous management or supervisor experience in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, or quick-service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
