Independent Wholesale Sales Representative – THCA / Hemp Products (1099)

We are expanding our national wholesale network and are seeking experienced independent sales representatives to grow our presence with smoke shops, vape shops, wholesalers, and distributors.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity offering uncapped commission, protected territories, flexible scheduling, and the freedom to run your territory your way.

Prefer getting out in the field and meeting store owners face-to-face? You can focus heavily on in-person sales.

Prefer working remotely through phone calls, email, and online outreach? You can build accounts remotely.

Want a combination of both? You can create the sales approach that works best for you and your territory.

There are no fixed daily office hours or traditional 9-to-5 schedule. Your earning potential is driven by the accounts you develop, the relationships you build, and the sales you generate.

What You'll Sell

Represent a premium wholesale product line including:

• Premium THCA Flower
• THCA Pre-Rolls
• Concentrates
• Disposable Vapes

Our products are professionally packaged, third-party lab tested, competitively priced, and designed to help retailers maximize repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop new wholesale accounts within your assigned territory.
• Prospect smoke shops, vape shops, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Conduct sales in person, remotely, or through a combination of both.
• Present our product line and wholesale pricing to store owners, buyers, and purchasing managers.
• Build long-term relationships with wholesale customers.
• Generate repeat business through strong customer service and consistent follow-up.
• Independently manage your sales activity, schedule, and territory.
• Develop a sales strategy that fits your market and preferred selling style.
• Work independently while having access to ongoing support from our team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in the hemp, cannabis, vape, or smoke shop industry preferred.
• Existing relationships with smoke shops, vape shops, wholesalers, or distributors highly preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without a traditional manager overseeing your daily schedule.
• Ability to organize and manage your own sales pipeline and territory.
• Reliable transportation for representatives who choose to conduct in-person sales.
• Familiarity with wholesale sales and territory management is a plus.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Uncapped commission
