Job description

Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient (Contract)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time contract position in an outpatient clinic. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients recover mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting

  • Develop and modify treatment plans based on individual needs and progress

  • Document patient progress and collaborate with referring providers

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapy license

  • Previous outpatient experience preferred

  • Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
