Warehouse Associate

Roeder Industries is a textile screen print supply company focusing on customer success. Along with supplies, Roeder Industries has 3 other divisions; Equipment - New and Used, Service and Repair; and Training (coming soon). Roeder Industries is currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate position to start immediately. The main objectives of this position are: Safely and efficiently move and handle items including those that are over 65 pounds Preparing and completing product pour-downs according to schedule and/or need Prepare, pick and verify orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule Ensure stock of raw materials is adequate for completing job duties Conduct routine warehouse cleaning tasks Accurately prepare custom pantone mixes as needed for customers Organize warehouse space Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Assistance with additional duties may include: Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately Organize stocks and maintain inventory Process, package and ship orders accurately Inspect products for defects and damages Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Other duties as needed Requirements Proven warehouse experience Ability to lift and move heavy products exceeding 65 pounds continuously Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system and/or the ability and motivation to learn General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite) Team player with organizational skills Ability to multi-task Preferable: Interest in or previous experience with textile screen printing The ability and motivation to learn Benefits Employment Type: W2 Employee Full Time Schedule: 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday Work with a great team with room to grow and great paid time off benefits
