Outside Sales & Territory Manager – Construction / Environmental Solutions

Ramy Turf Products, LLC

Ramy Turf Products is looking for a motivated Outside Sales & Territory Manager to grow relationships with contractors, engineers, landscapers, and environmental professionals across a defined territory.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems for customers, and building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability. Our sales team operates with a high degree of independence, so the right candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work and manages their territory with professionalism and accountability.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a defined territory and existing customer base
  • Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and environmental professionals
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and project consultations
  • Recommend erosion control and stormwater management solutions
  • Provide product demonstrations and practical guidance when needed
  • Track opportunities and maintain organized sales activity

This position involves significant time on the road visiting customers throughout the territory. Most travel is day travel with very limited overnight travel expected.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary ($60K - $80K)
  • Commission based on gross profit $10 guaranteed first year with no cap
  • Year 1: 4%
  • Year 2: 5%

  • No cap on commissions

Existing accounts in the territory currently generate strong revenue with significant room for growth.
