Residentially, we serve homes and businesses in the Rock, Dane, and Walworth, WI area, and serve our wholesale customers all over the U.S. Since 1978, customers have relied on Addie Water Systems with revolutionary water treatment services. We provide various water conditioning products, including reverse osmosis drinking systems, iron removal systems, water softeners, water heaters, and a variety of different water filtration systems. After 44+ years in business with Addie Water Systems, you'll be backed by family-driven support that big water treatment dealers cannot provide. What You'll Do
As a customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure they receive outstanding service from their first call through the completion of their appointment.
In this role, you will:
• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars
• Respond to customer questions via phone, text, and email
• Work closely with technicians to ensure appointments run smoothly
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Process payments, prepare invoices, and complete administrative tasks as needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Support the team with additional office responsibilities to keep daily operations running efficiently.
Qualifications
• 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality)
• Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills (40+ WPM)
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software (we'll train you on ours)
• Reliable transportation and a clean background check
Schedule
Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday's 8am - 4:30pm with rotating Saturday mornings 8am- 12 noon. (plenty of notice and never mandatory overtime).
