Job description

Office Administrator Description:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly office administrator who is detail-oriented, organized, and can handle multiple tasks at once. This is a fully in-person role with hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls from customers
  • Processing payments and entering customer orders into QuickBooks
  • Scheduling ground and freight shipments while monitoring delivery
  • Emailing customers their sales receipts/invoices and tracking information
  • Receiving checks and paying suppliers
  • Handling other accounting-related and/or customer-facing tasks

Basic Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative assistant, office administrator, or customer service role.
  • A learning mindset

Qualifications that are a plus:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions or a similar ERP system
  • Experience with coordinating Ground and/or LTL shipments
