Position Overview
The BDC Agent is responsible for managing and nurturing incoming leads, outbound communications, and appointment scheduling for Young Ford of Morgan. This role emphasizes strong communication skills, customer service excellence, and accurate data entry to help drive showroom and service department activity.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Lead Management
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales and service inquiries via phone, text, chat, and email.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers, internet leads, and previous customers to generate appointments.
  • Follow BDC processes to maintain high contact rates and appointment conversion.
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, pricing, promotions, and service needs.
Appointment Setting & Follow-Up
  • Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments for Young Ford of Morgan.
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customers feel supported before and after their visit.
  • Maintain consistent communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data & CRM Management
  • Record all customer interactions in the CRM with accuracy and detail.
  • Update customer profiles, lead statuses, and appointment logs.
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer transitions.
Team Collaboration
